Your Role

As Sales Manager in Business Development, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. You will:

  • Drive and optimize our sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product team

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and unlock new business opportunities

  • Guide potential clients from first contact to successful contract signing

  • Continuously improving internal processes and workflows in our CRM system

  • Position ProteinDistillery within the food & feed market and learn the dynamics of the food industry

Your profile

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the food & feed ingredient market, ideally with a degree in food technology, business administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the industry

  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to inspire others

  • Goal-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong willingness to win

  • Fluent in English and German
