Your Role

As Sales Manager in Business Development, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. You will:

Drive and optimize our sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product team
Build strong relationships with existing customers and unlock new business opportunities
Guide potential clients from first contact to successful contract signing
Continuously improving internal processes and workflows in our CRM system
Position ProteinDistillery within the food & feed market and learn the dynamics of the food industry

Your profile

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the food & feed ingredient market, ideally with a degree in food technology, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the industry
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to inspire others
Goal-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong willingness to win
Fluent in English and German

Deine Rolle

Als Sales Manager im Business Development stehst du an vorderster Front unseres Wachstumskurses. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer Vertriebs- und Kommunikationsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam
Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Bestandskunden sowie Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Begleitung potenzieller Kund:innen vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse und Workflows in unserem CRM-System
Positionierung von ProteinDistillery im Food- & Feed-Markt und aktives Kennenlernen der Dynamiken der Lebensmittelindustrie

Dein Profil

Was wir suchen

Erfahrung im Food- & Feed-Zutatenmarkt, idealerweise mit einem Abschluss in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in kaufmännischen Rollen innerhalb der Branche
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, proaktive Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern
Zielorientierte Problemlöser:in mit Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld und ausgeprägtem Erfolgswillen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
