Deine Rolle
Du übernimmst die operative Führung unseres Produktionsteams im Schichtbetrieb und sorgst für einen reibungslosen, effizienten und sicheren Ablauf an unseren Produktionsanlagen. Dabei treibst du die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards voran und förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du leitest eine unserer Schichten
- Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktionsleitung zusammen, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Prozesse zu verbessern
- Du setzt die Vorgaben unseres Lebensmittelicherheitsmanagementsystems durch und überwachst deren Einhaltung
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Schulung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise als Brauer, Milchtechnologe Chemikant oder bringst eine vergleichbare Erfahrung mit
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung von Personal sowie im Schichtbetrieb mit
- Du hast nachweisliche Kompetenz in der effizienten Bedienung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Team-Building-Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Reporting
- Du zeichnest dich durch starke Durchsetzungskraft, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit aus, auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
