Your mission

• You define and manage strategic partnerships ranging from production joint ventures and/or co-manufacturing to distribution networks with relevant industry partners = strategic and
  operational end to end responsibility for ProteinDistellery's commercial value system.
• You develop and optimize the company’s go to market strategy (product, portfolio, price,
  positioning), driving revenue growth and profitability and international expansion.
• You establish a key account management and you establish strategic and commercial relationships with key accounts that drive product (co-) development and become early
  adopters in new business areas.
• You serve as an Acquirer = identify, close and secure high-value B2B deals.
• You work closely with the C-suite to contribute to corporate strategy and long-term growth
  initiatives.

Your profile

• You have successful leadership experience in business development, corporate development, strategic
  partnership management, or commercial strategy.
• You know the industry and have a sound network to decision-makers in the Food Industry.
• You gained extensive expertise in negotiating and managing Joint Ventures and strategic partnerships, particularly in production-related partnerships and co-manufacturing agreements.
• You have experience in building and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and
  contract manufacturers.
• You ideally have an academic background in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or Food Chemistry,
  complemented by an MBA or proven business acumen. 
• You have a acquirer/closer mentality, capable of securing high-value deals and partnerships. 
• You are able to negotiate and manage complex agreements with key accounts, distributors, and C-suite stakeholder. 
• You have and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and drive business innovation. 
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are an advantage.
