Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Versuchen zu Anwendungen von alternativen Proteinen in Lebensmitteln und Getränken
- Selbständige Versuchsplanung und Versuchsauswertung
- Mitarbeit bei Kundenprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei Optimierungsaufgaben im Rahmen der Proteinherstellung
Dein Profil
- Wir suchen ab August 2026 Studierende (m/w/d) aus naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengängen, wie z.B. Lebensmitteltechnologie, Biotechnologie, Brauwesen, etc.
- Im Rahmen deiner Studienordnung absolvierst du ein vorgeschriebenes Praktikum
- Du besitzt gute MS Office sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Produktentwicklung sammeln
- Du bist flexibel, lernbereit und engagiert
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstorganisiert und im Team und zeigst Eigeninitiative
